Small Pet Policy. 🐾

During the booking process, you will be able to add your pet in the services section.

In Hostal Moscatel, we understand that pets are an important part of the family.

Therefore, we are delighted to welcome your small pets under the following conditions:

1. We only accept pets weighing less than 10 kg. This policy has been implemented to ensure that we can provide a safe and comfortable environment for both our guests and their pets. Only one pet per room is allowed.

2. Types of Pets Accepted: We only accept common domestic pets, such as dogs and cats. We do not accept exotic pets, such as reptiles, birds, rodents, wild animals or any other species not traditionally considered a domestic pet.

3. An additional nightly fee will be applied to cover the extra cleaning and maintenance required.

4. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. A room inspection will be carried out at check-out and any additional damage or special cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

5. Pets must always be under supervision and control in common areas. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room.

6. We kindly ask owners to ensure their pets do not disturb other guests. If complaints are received regarding excessive noise, you may be asked to remove the pet from the property.

7. At check-in, you will be required to present your pet’s up-to-date vaccination record.

By accepting these conditions, we aim to ensure a pleasant stay for you, your pet, as well as for other guests.

In the event that the guest does not comply with these rules, the establishment reserves the right to deny access to the room and/or cancel the stay without refund, as this would constitute a breach of an essential booking condition.
